The short version
You have 7 days from delivery to return most items. If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we cover everything. If you simply changed your mind, you cover the return shipping — and we think that is fair.
How to start a return
- Go to My Orders and open the order in question.
- Choose “Return” and tell us briefly why.
- We reply with pickup or drop-off instructions, usually within a day.
What qualifies
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, soaps, oils and bath salts can only be returned if unopened and sealed.
Refunds
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned item passing inspection. COD refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to a detail you provide. Shipping charges are refunded when the return is our fault.
