Dispatch
Every order is dispatched within 24 working hours. You will see the status move to “Packed” and then “Shipped” on your order page, with a tracking number once the courier picks it up.
Delivery time
3–5 working days across most of India. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may add a day or two.
Charges
- Orders above ₹999 ship free, always.
- Below that, a flat shipping charge applies — shown clearly in your bag and at checkout, never added as a surprise.
Cash on delivery
COD is available across India at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible — couriers carry limited change.
Damaged or lost parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse it at the door if you can — otherwise contact us with photos within 48 hours. Lost parcels are fully replaced or refunded after a standard courier investigation, typically 7–10 days.
